At CRMA Certs, we provide quality education to your Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), so they may, in return, support your individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who need assistance to live their lives and enjoy the same benefits as people without disabilities.
Better medication administration = safer residents + happier staff
When you choose us, you'll have peace of mind knowing that our certified medical aides have met the highest standards of excellence in administering medication. That's because we have a rigorous training program designed to get them up to speed on all of the state-mandated requirements for handling medications safely and efficiently—and we'll work one-on-one with any DSP who needs additional help or guidance.
Jen, who is a Licensed Registered Nurse in Maine and Massachusetts, Oncology Certified Nurse, certified CRMA trainer, and Maine Developmental Disabilities Nursing Network member, engages your staff in skills training, supervises them as they administer the meds for the first time, and returns to audit the medication administration process.
